Recipe for garlic pasta
Lidia's Garlic Pasta
This is a recipe by Lidia from Create Lidia's Italy. It is so simple and inexpensive and kids will like it, (just make sure to reduce or not use the crushed red pepper from the kids portion.)
Ingredients
pasta, garlic, fresh parsley, crushed red pepper, olive oil
Cook pasta al dente
Save pasta water to mix with pasta, oil and garlic.
